Short Biography:

Dr. Kasem Choocharukl is a professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. His main research interests are transportation planning, travel demand modelling, travel behavior analysis, and traffic safety. He is the ThaiRAP program lead and head of the iRAP Centre of Excellence at Chulalongkorn University. Dr. Kasem has supported the development of road infrastructure safety in Thailand as well as internationally. He also serves as an active member of the WHO – Royal Thai Government (RTG) Country Cooperation Strategy (CCS) on Road Safety.
